Is Pleja free?
Yes. The Free plan costs 0 PLN and includes all features. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you by email in advance. We will never charge you automatically.
Do I need a payment card?
No. An email address is all you need to create an account.
Which accounts can I connect?
Your own TikTok accounts. You connect each one by logging in to TikTok and approving access for Pleja.
Does Pleja post anything without my consent?
No. Every post goes through the posting screen and is sent to TikTok only after you click. When scheduling, you complete the same screen at the time you schedule.
Can I post other people's videos?
No. Upload only your own videos or videos you have the rights to. Pleja does not download or copy content from other services.
Does Pleja change my videos or captions?
No. Pleja does not add watermarks, logos, links or extra text, and it does not re-encode the file.
Why does the video appear on my profile only after a few minutes?
After sending, TikTok processes the video. This usually takes a few minutes. The post status in Pleja shows which stage publishing is at.
How many videos can I post per day?
TikTok allows roughly 15 posts per day per account, across all apps. In Pleja you can have up to 10 videos waiting to be published.
Does my TikTok account have to meet TikTok's terms?
Yes. TikTok's rules still apply when you use Pleja. Pleja does not check this, and TikTok may reject a post or restrict an account.
Why can I post directly only as "Only me"?
TikTok limits direct posting from apps that have not yet passed its audit: posts can only come from private accounts with "Only me" visibility. The posting screen tells you this. If you want a different visibility, send the video to your TikTok inbox and finish the post in the app.
Where is my data and how do I delete my account?
We describe this in the Privacy Policy. You delete your account yourself in the settings, and your data is gone within 30 days. Step-by-step instructions are on the data deletion page.
How do I disconnect TikTok?
In Pleja: Connected accounts, "Disconnect" button. Pleja revokes access and deletes the keys immediately. You can also revoke access in the TikTok app, in the app permissions settings.
Is Pleja affiliated with TikTok?
No. Pleja uses the public TikTok for Developers API but is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
